Join us at the Captain Slinky Presents Oddmall Emporium of The Weird SPRUNG 2025 Art, Craft & Gaming Show March 29-30 at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, WA for our RETRO ARCADE CHALLENGE! We will have an assortment of arcade games for you to play where YOU CAN WIN VALUABLE RETRO PRIZES!
Each day of Oddmall (Saturday AND Sunday), whoever has the 9th highest score on each game will win! I’m constantly adding to the prize pile because that’s how I be (when I grow up, I want to be Santa Claus), but at the VERY LEAST there will be these prizes in the Prize Pool:
- 1 of 3 (three) different Hand-Held Retro Game Emulators! (Value range from $8 to $80)
- 1 of 3 (three) matching Fanny Pack/Ballcap Sets! (Value: PRICELESS!)
- A portable Audio Cassette Tape Player with headphones! (Custom USB Tape-To-MP3, Value $30)
- Retro 80’s Candy Packs! (Value: $10-$20)
- Oddmall Arcade Challenge T-Shirts! (Value: $15)
- Vintage Framed Video Game Art! (Value: I don’t know, they were like $20 each back in the day sooooo…?)
- AND OTHER STUFF!
AND ALL IT COSTS TO ENTER IS A QUARTER! Or maybe two quarters, depending on the game. We haven’t actually nailed down which games we’re getting.
HOW TO ENTER: Just stop by the Captain Slinky Presents Oddmall Emporium of The Weird HQ in the back corner of Oddmall and one of our trusty Oddlings will get you registered with a 3-letter set of initials to use if you get on the High Score screen. Near the end of each day, we will go check the games and figure out who has the 9th HIGHEST SCORE and contact them (via the information they gave at registration) so they can claim their prize! IT’S THAT EASY!!!
