WHAT IS “CREEPSMAS”?
Creepsmas is that wonderful, magical period of time that starts at sunrise on November 1st and ends with the Shopping Nightmare known as “Black Friday”, where you’re not quite done with Halloween, but it’s almost time to put up the tree! The “Creepsmas 3” event is our third annual celebration of the wonderous season, and is the perfect compromise where the two Holidays can meet somewhere in the middle! It’s your perfect chance to find those perfect, weird, odd, one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on your holiday shopping list! With over a HUNDRED different, unique, hand-chosen local artists, crafters and vendors to choose from, you’ll have no problem finding the type of stuff you never even knew you were looking for!
Events!
THE SNOCO TOY & COLLECTIBLES SHOW is right next door in building 600 – where we held Creepsmas LAST year! And really, who doesn’t love toys??? Get ready for Christmas, or rediscover that one toy you always asked Santa for and never got for Christmas because Santa apparently can’t tell the difference between a Transformer and a Change-O-Bot, just like my Dad couldn’t tell the differOHMYGOD I JUST MADE THE CONNECTION I need to take a moment, this is… this is… I can’t….
KRAMPUS and The Elfie Brats will be in attendance both days, ready for all your Krampusish Creepsmas Family Photo needs! This year, instead of making you wait for images to be uploaded by a professional photographer, we have decided to cut out the middle part and get your pictures IMMEDIATELY by taking pictures with the tiny professional photography studio we all keep in our pockets, YOUR VERY OWN CELL PHONE! We will have a Cell Phone Photography Specialist (aka “A Teenager”) ready to assist in getting the perfect picture for you on your very own equipment so you’ll have it RIGHT NOW! Won’t that be nice?
MONOCULON THE OBSERVER will be crossing over from Dimension 27-A to observe (obviously) and see if our dimension is inhabitable/hospitable to beings from all Level 27 Dimensions. Monoculon swears that this is NOT an intelligence gathering operation for any kind of hostile invasion or anything, and at first I thought that sounded kind of sus but then Monoculon asked me to look into their eye and concentrate and then I heard a loud humming and I got a nosebleed and I don’t know, I mean, Monoculon just seems like somebody we can trust.
NPC SIDE QUESTS will be assigned to those adventurers brave enough to seek them out! You and your Adventuring Party will be handsomely rewarded with lusty tales of high, bold adventure echoing through the ages, passed from generation to generation of Bards to sing your praises and inspire intrepid warriors for all time eternal! Also, trinkets. you’ll find the NPC, he will give you a quest, you will get a trinket should you complete your quest.
ADRIA THE JUGGLER will be there as our official Door Person/Host, welcoming you to Oddmall and telling bad jokes and tossing things in the air and begging you for donations since Oddmall is a FREE EVENT – All the money collected goes directly to all our helpers and entertainers, who in turn use that money to buy stuff from our vendors. Oh, and a small portion of the donations go to paying off Captain Slinky’s gambling debts. If you SEE Captain Slinky at the Mukilteo Squirrel Races, please tell him to go home because NEXT time Big Rocko and Danny WILL take his thumbs next time.
PRIZE WHEEL OF DESTINY!!! Come find Captain Slinky and spin The Prize Wheel of Destiny for a chance at one of over 100 different prizes! Mostly donated from members of our Oddmall vendor family, you never know what you’re going to get! Is it a necklace? A shirt? A can of processed meat-product?!? NO WAY TO KNOW TILL YOU SPINNNNN!!! Not every spin is a winner, sometimes you’ll just have to fight Captain Slinky, or show off your special talent, or sing a song… you never know what fate is gonna give you!
COSTUME COSPLAY CONTEST! Yeah, Halloween will have come and gone… but your costume was SO GOOD! It deserves another chance at glory and admiration and, dare I say… Reward? THAT’S RIGHT! It’s the first ever Captain Slinky Presents Oddmall Emporium of The Weird AFTER-HALLOWEEN COSTUME AND COSPLAY COMPETITION!!! Come to Oddmall in your costume and you could win cash AND prizes! More details once we get into October!
FOOD TRUCKS aplenty will be there to service all our guests dining needs – we even make sure there are a few vegetarian and/or vegan options so EVERYBODY has a chance to enjoy the magic of eating food that was prepared in the back of a converted UPS delivery van AS GOD INTENDED, JUST LIKE IN THE BIBLE, probably! Lumpia, Burritos, Grilled Cheese, Gyro Fries, ALL SORTS of delicious grub!
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
I get questions about this all the time, so why not make it part of the website? We will be following any and all State and Local mandates regarding COVID, which could mean that we all have to wear masks at the drop of a hat. I, personally, LOVE the masks and encourage them – allergies are a pain! But as of right now, there are no mandates in place.

DIRECTIONS!
The Captain Slinky Presents Oddmall Emporium of The Weird “Merry Creepsmas” event will be located at The Evergreen State Fairgrounds Gary D. Weikel Event Center – Building Number 604 in Monroe, Washington. Right next door to the OLD Oddmall building which was The Don Britton Livestock Pavilion – Building 600. So anyways, SOMETIMES the Google Maps gives weird directions on how to get to our exact building, so just look for the signs. If you turn off US Highway 2 at Cascade View Drive? That’s your most direct route. But really, just follow the signs and you’ll be good!
PARKING!
We have SO MUCH FREE PARKING!!! There are limited Handicap and Non-Handicap spots near the front of the building, and then an ENTIRE EMPTY RV PARKING LOT that is ready for us to fill! Here we have a handy map of the entire fairground for in case you miss the Cascade View Drive turn and end up at the opposite end of the fairgrounds from us!
