The hardest part of Halloween, to me, is spending so much time and effort on a cool costume only to have people not “Get It”. I get the case from an old CRT computer monitor, carve a hole for my head in it, glue on some bulls horns, put on a Gladiator skirt, go shirtless and wear fuzzy pants that look like I have hooves at the end, and NOBODY gets that I am the mythical MONITAUR. The prize ends up going to somebody dressed up as Barbie or Ken or Insert Topical Costume Idea Here.
