How did we do?

Thank you all for a great event! I did some crazy things with our advertising this time around and it seems to have worked – we had an estimated 4.500 people come through the doors at Oddmall last weekend – and INCREDIBLE turnout for a springtime craft show! So how did you know to come to Oddmall?

  1. I originally found OddMall from a Facebook ad, and from then on knew it was twice a year, April and November. I’m glad I was sent an email this spring as it was in March this year. I think this was our 5th or 6th time coming. Last fall we went to the Oddities Expo in Seattle and we will never go again (no crowd/entry control so WAY too many people, you couldn’t even get in most booths) and will opt to spread our cash locally to local artists. Thank you for what you do!

  2. I have been trying to get a booth at Oddmall for sometime now. I’ve been very disappointed with the communication I’ve gotten I’ve gotten . Any suggestions on how to get in?

    1. You’ve got to be weird, unique and/or fit a niche that we haven’t been oversaturated in! Like, we get DOZENS of applications for wire-wrapped jewelry, 3D Printers and Sublimation Tumblers every show, and have to narrow it down to just two or three. We also get a lot of applications from folks that would fit in just fine at any other, regular craft show – we try to limit those ones as well because, well, you can see those at any old craft show. After that it just comes down to us having just 170 spaces for some 500 applicants, and we’re choosy 🙂
