Applications took SO MUCH LONGER than I expected this year! The flood of applications all at once knocked everything out of whack, and I suddenly found myself having to narrow down some bazillion applications to just the 170 weirdest, most awesome ones. I had to deny SO MANY APPLICATIONS!!! It hurts SO BAD, because each and every application I KNOW is somebody’s dream! Somebody looking for validation that THEIR art, the thing THEY do, is somehow valid and appreciated… and here I come with my big old “You’re Not Worthy” Hammer to bust their dreams into a billion pieces.
I hated that feeling, back when I was a struggling artist applying to every show I could and looking for that validation. It would ruin my life for WEEKS. “Why don’t they think I’m good enough? I guess I’m not… the only people who like my art are friends and relatives who are just trying to be nice. I should just give up.”

I wanted to verify that I wasn’t applying to do any divination readings, that my main focus was my interactive “Make a Donut Pendant” station, which is hugely popular and one-of-a-kind
Actually, the addition of divination readings would have given you a bit of an edge for Oddmall! We dig that kind of stuff!
Would it be too late to possibly switch that up? My crystal readings are also kid friendly and I can dress up like Professor Trelawney from Harry Potter.
